My first call via the internet was indeed strange. I filled in my hand phone number and received a response indicating that there was no service to Coogee atall. None the less, I persevered and received a call from the technician who confirmed a positive response and indeed time of arrival. The service by the technician Mr Carl was supportive, polite, technically sound, decisive and able to resolve the issues held with the technical difficulties experienced.
